It is made of aviation aluminum, carbon composite panels, and tempered glass used for compartment of subway trains. Only one type of fasteners is used for assembling. Air in the booth is 100% refreshed in every three minutes. 4000K natural color lighting, suitable for 110-220V/50Hz and 12V-USB power supply are installed and ready for use.

Sound Insulation

NSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC accurately predict and achieve cabin sound insulation performance, greatly meeting the standard of acoustic environment index. Design value NR30dB (5dB)/RT0.75s (0.1s)

Ventilation

Low noise exhaust system with maze-like layout could reduce sound intraction inside and outside the cabin, simultaneously refreshing internal air in 3-minute operating efficiency.

Lighting

Equipped with 4000K natural light color temperature LED central lighting system, 150Lsx could greatly meet the requirements of normal applications. If there is any particular purpose, a backup power supply is equipped inside the cabin.

Acoustic Interior

The interior material caters to the NSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC simulation design, 60% equivalent area of cabin is covered by Polyester Fibers sound absorber. In order that broadband could response to these special partial materials, the technology integrates active reflection sound from 40% equivalent area.

Sound Insulation Tempered Glass

It is assembled freely and movable, so the common safety glass could barely satisfy the cabin needs.
After multiple material property testing and comparison, the testing result with good insulation performance and safety data confirm our choice.

Modular Felt

Based on non-vulcanized butyl rubber, covered by adhesive PE staple fiber weaving surface and attached to contact-type overhead cushion, modular felt is moisture-proof, anti-mildew, easy to clean and maintain. The material and design of it has successfully presented an acoustic model that fuses sound absorption, insulation and damping vibration altogether.

Fastening Assemble

ID-IDEA engineers refuse typical assembly design that relies on screws, shoot nails and glue. Through accurate SOLIDWORKS modeling, we find a structure that only requires a 90-degree fastening assmbly to assemble the cabin.

Anti-wear Exterior

The surface of cabin insulation panel is covered with Korean-made nanometer PP facing, which obtains high resistance to friction, pollution, ultraviolet rays, fire and moisture. Various choices easing us into a better space.

Damping Pad

Pressure coefficient and resonant frequency are the basic data for anti-vibration cushion design. Even though the bottom of cabin is hidden, ID-IDEA insists on the use of raw rubber modified materials to achieve favorable broadband damping pressure index and longer anti-aging period. There is no doubt that they are the optimal choice for vibration damping material.

External Cable Hole

When applied to recording, live, sound- controlled, interpretation scenes, the external hole is made for information connection between the cabin and external equipment. Turn it off when is not needed could avoid sound flanking.
